The easiest way is to browse using the drop-down navigation menus at the top of the page, where you can find links to new items, brands, categories and edits. If you know what you are looking for, use the search box at the top right.

 

HOW TO ORDER AND PAY

Once you've found what you're looking for, select the correct size and quantity and click Add To Bag. You can continue shopping and add more items to your bag, or proceed directly to checkout.

Before you checkout process, please make sure you have signed up a LOK ACCOUNT already, and you logged in as a member. Because we don’t accept placing orders as a guest.

Our checkout process is quick and straightforward. No matter how many items you have in your shopping bag or how many brands, you only need to check out once.

We ship worldwide via DHL\ECMS\S.F. Express, with services from UPS in selected countries. Please choose your delivery preference, then proceed to payment and select your payment method. We accept local payment methods in China Mainland such as WeChat and Alipay, as well as Paypal, credit and debit cards.

To ensure a smooth customs clearance process, we require a copy of the front and back of your ID card for customs clearance of imported personal items. Please upload your ID information on the order confirmation page after placing your order. Please note that failure to provide the above information may result in a delay in receiving your items.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the payment information has been verified, the order will be delivered directly to you.
